Sarah Linh Nguyen is a Textile Designer and Developer.

She has experience creating woven and knit textiles and recently began biomaterial research at Genspace: immobilizing live cyanobacteria culture in sodium alginate yarns.

With this knowledge, she plans on developing functional, sustainable, and aesthetic textiles.

Inspired by her birthplace Hattiesburg, Mississippi Sarah wove on a 4-harness table loom and used supplementary weft yarns to carve out the landscape of the place she knows best.
